What this is

A coach is a person who can see the next button, or who already knows the stop key. CNIB, an occupational therapist, family, a friend. Fifteen minutes is often enough for one door.

Why this door

We will not staff a desk. We will not pretend a chatbot is a librarian. If you need a coach, get a coach. That is part of getting out, not a failure of the library.

Steps in

1. Ask someone you already trust to sit for one door. Give them pinkhouse.tech/start/coach if they will also set up Sight.
2. In Canada, CNIB is one organisation that already sits with people. A clinic OT is another. We are not them.
3. Tell the coach: no Narrator unless you ask, no Windows helper, one door today, then they leave.

If you have no one, say so in the suggestion box. That is a note, not a promise we will send a person.
